“Arab Lawyers”: The occupation is exploiting the Ukraine war to intensify its settlement agenda

The Secretary-General of the Arab Lawyers Union Al-Makawi Bin Issa said that the Israeli occupation is taking advantage of the world’s preoccupation with the war in Ukraine to intensify and implement its settlement agenda on Palestinian lands.
Bin Issa said in a statement, today, Tuesday, that the Israeli occupation is trying to deceive the countries of the world with the statements of its officials about their willingness to play the role of mediator, at a time when it is launching an attack on Syrian lands, killing innocent civilians, carrying out war crimes against the Palestinian people and establishing settlements on their lands.
The Secretary-General called on the international community to condemn and stop the implementation of settlement plans on the Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem and the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, and to stop the repeated Israeli attacks on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
