In a new escalation of the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip, Israeli warplanes targeted six residential buildings since the morning, completely destroying them. The demolished buildings contained over 100 apartments that housed hundreds of families in Gaza City.
Local sources reported that the intense bombardment coincided with the early hours of dawn, causing widespread panic among civilian residents and triggering a mass displacement of families living in surrounding areas.
As of now, there have been no confirmed reports of casualties or martyrs, while emergency and civil defense teams continue their efforts to rescue those trapped under the rubble.
This attack comes amid the ongoing Israeli military campaign in the Gaza Strip, which has now entered its twentieth month, amidst international condemnation and calls for an end to the aggression that is exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.
