The Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority and the Prisoners Club reported the death of detainee Hatem Ismail Rayyan (59 years old) from the Gaza Strip in Israeli occupation prisons.
In a brief statement on Thursday, they said that the General Authority for Civil Affairs had been informed of the death of detainee Rayan, who was being held in the “Negev” detention center. He was a paramedic and had been in detention since December 27, 2024, when he was arrested from Kamal Adwan Hospital, along with his injured son, Muath, who is now also in detention.
