Today, Wednesday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced the registration of two deaths, 216 new injuries and 387 cases of recovery during the past 24 hours.
Al-Kaila said that the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 97.8%, while the percentage of active infections was 1.1%, and the death rate was 1.1%, of the total infections.
Al-Kaila added that the new cases of recovery were distributed as follows: “Tulkarem 5, Nablus 8, Hebron 2, Jenin 3, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 8, Tubas 7, and the Gaza Strip 354.”
And the Gaza Strip recorded two deaths, according to the minister.
She pointed out that there are 13 patients in intensive care rooms, including two on respirators, while 19 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals.
She stated that the total number of citizens who received anti-Coronavirus vaccines in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 426,897, of whom 258,853 received the two doses of the vaccine.
