Last night, Israeli occupying forces arrested six Palestinians, from across the occupied West Bank, after they raided and searched their homes before transferring them to unknown destinations.
A statement by the Israeli army said this morning that its forces had arrested six Palestinians last night, describing them as "wanted" from the West Bank, claiming activities related to the popular resistance.
The occupying army announced the seizure of funds estimated at thousands of shekels (NIS 0.29), in Hebron (south) and Tulkarm (north), claiming that it was linked to the resistance.
For his part, our correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man and a boy from Bethlehem (south) and a citizen of Hebron.
In Tulkarem (north), Israeli occupying forces stormed the house of Ghassan Mahdaoui, uncle of the Stalker Ashraf Na´al, and the House of Ruslan Nallawi in Tulkarm, in addition to raiding Salem Abu Muammar´s house and stealing money.
The occupation army also carried out raids in the towns of "Ceres " and "Noon" and "Arabeh " near Jenin (north).
The occupied West Bank and Jerusalem are witnessing almost daily arrests of Palestinians by the Israeli army.
According to the latest Palestinian statistics, the number of Palestinian prisoners and detainees in the occupation jails amounted to about 6,500, of whom 63 were women, while the number of children detained in the occupation prisons was about 350, and 11 deputies elected to the Legislative Council.
