The Minister of Health, Dr. Today, Friday, May Al-Kailah recorded 33 deaths, 2,418 new cases of coronavirus, and 2,026 recoveries during the last 24 hours.
In the daily report on the latest developments in the Corona virus in the country, Al-Kailah said that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 88.0%, while the rate of active infections reached 10.9%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
The minister indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “Salfit 25, Jenin 170, Tulkarm 77, Nablus 174, Tubas 30, Qalqilya 33, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 81, Hebron 65, Bethlehem 36, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 8, the suburbs of Jerusalem 6” 40, Gaza Strip, 1673, Jerusalem.
She added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: Salfit 36, Jenin 256, Tulkarm 99, Nablus 314, Tubas 48, Qalqilya 52, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 101, Hebron 278, Bethlehem 73, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 9, Jerusalem suburbs 30, Sector Gaza 592, Jerusalem 138.
And 20 deaths were recorded in the West Bank: “Jenin 4, Nablus 7, Qalqilya 3, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 2, Hebron 3, Bethlehem 1”, 11 deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip, and two deaths were recorded in Jerusalem.
The Minister of Health pointed out that there are 190 patients in intensive care rooms, including 54 patients on artificial respirators, while 583 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in hospitals in the West Bank.
As for the citizens who received the anti-corona virus vaccinations, their total number in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 140032, including 12,471 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
