Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced that 13 deaths, 1,828 new cases of coronavirus, and 1614 recoveries have been recorded during the last 24 hours.
In the daily report on the epidemiological situation in Palestine, Al-Kailah stated that 13 deaths were recorded in the West Bank: “Jericho and Al-Aghwar 1, Hebron 5, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 2, Tulkarm 3, Nablus 1, Jenin 1”.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Nablus 337, Salfit 82, Hebron 385, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 302, Tulkarm 112, Bethlehem 140, Qalqilya 92, Jerusalem suburbs 78, Jenin 89, Tubas 42, Jericho and Al Aghwar 34. Gaza Strip 135.
She added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: “Nablus 97, Salfit 80, Hebron 338, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 436, Tulkarm 89, Bethlehem 190, Qalqilya 25, Jerusalem suburbs 142, Jenin 54, Tubas 35, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 15”, Sector Gaza 113.
She pointed out that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 89.0%, while the rate of active infections reached 9.9%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
Regarding the health conditions of the injured, the Minister of Health indicated that 155 patients are in intensive care rooms, 39 of whom are connected to artificial respirators.
