Today, Monday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 7 deaths, 612 new cases of Coronavirus, and 440 recovery cases have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
Al-Kailah confirmed in the daily report on the epidemiological situation of the virus in Palestine, that deaths were recorded in the governorates according to the following: Hebron (1), Bethlehem (1), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (1), Jerusalem suburbs (1), Qalqilya (1), Nablus (2).
It said that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Salfit (48), Hebron (84), the suburbs of Jerusalem (46), Qalqilya (10), Nablus (72), Tulkarm (32), Tubas (10), Bethlehem (53). ), Jenin (32), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (160), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (9), Gaza Strip (53), indicating that 4,533 tests were performed.
Al-Keela added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: Salfit (22), Hebron (10), the suburbs of Jerusalem (47), Qalqilya (3), Nablus (62), Tulkarm (11), Tubas (9), Ramallah and Al-Bireh ( 50), Jericho and Al Aghwar (2), Gaza Strip (216).
She stated that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 93.8%, while the rate of active infections reached 5.1%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
Al-Kailah pointed out that 56 injured people were in the intensive care unit, 16 of whom were on artificial respirators.
