These creative products for children from the Builders of Tomorrow Center of the Association of Culture and Free Thought came within the framework of an international pressure campaign and advocacy led by children to inform the international community about the suffering of the children of Gaza due to power cuts and violation of their right to live and safe education,
The products succeeded in conveying the message of children to parliamentarians, politicians and representatives of civil society and human rights organizations who participated in the exhibition organized by the International Foundation for Relief and Development (IDRF), Canada.
"The campaign´s productions included a photographic exhibition, a plastic art exhibition and the publication of the book Burning Butterflies, as well as a short film and fact sheet, all of which were printed and translated into English and Braille, all premiered in February," said Amal Khudair, director of the Builders of Tomorrow Center.
