Today, Friday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 21 deaths, 1,851 new cases of Coronavirus and 1,794 recoveries had been recorded during the last 24 hours.
In the epidemiological report on the virus in Palestine, Al-Kaila explained that 20 deaths were recorded in the West Bank: Jenin 1, Hebron 5, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 5, the suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Nablus 4, Bethlehem 3, Salfit 1, and one death in Gaza strip.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Qalqilya 92, Tulkarm 166, Jenin 187, Hebron 395, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 228, Jerusalem suburbs 51, Nablus 290, Bethlehem 100, Salfit 41, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 19, Tubas 26, Gaza Strip 256.
She added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: Qalqilya 92, Tulkarm 156, Jenin 153, Hebron 448, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 166, Jerusalem suburbs 18, Nablus 318, Bethlehem 131, Salfit 85, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 29, Tubas 45, Gaza Strip 153 .
The Minister of Health pointed out that there are 192 patients in intensive care rooms, including 54 patients on artificial respirators, indicating that the recovery rate from the "Corona" virus in Palestine reached 89.3%, while the rate of active infections reached 9.6%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all injuries.
