Minister of Health Mai Al-Kaila announced today, Wednesday, that it had recorded 14 deaths in Corona, 1,084 new injuries and 2,043 recoveries during the past 24 hours.
She explained that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 92.1%, while the rate of active infections reached 6.8%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
The minister indicated that new injuries were recorded as follows: “Qalqilya 17, Tulkarm 39, Jenin 52, Tubas 18, Nablus 81, Hebron 26, Salfit 7, the suburbs of Jerusalem 3, Bethlehem 14, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 31, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 1, Gaza Strip 795. "
Al-Keela added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: “Qalqilya 23, Tulkarm 109, Jenin 111, Tubas 25, Nablus 258, Hebron 77, Salfit 11, the suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Bethlehem 16, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 74, Jericho and Al Aghwar 3, Sector Gaza 1335 ´
And 5 deaths were recorded in the West Bank: “Hebron 1, Bethlehem 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Tulkarm 1”, Gaza Strip: 9 deaths, according to the Minister of Health.
She pointed out that there are 145 patients in intensive care rooms, including 40 patients on artificial respirators, while 389 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals.
It indicated that the total number of citizens who received anti-Coronavirus vaccinations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 253937, among whom 172916 received the two doses of the vaccine.
