The Israeli occupation forces launched a raid in various parts of the West Bank at dawn On Wednesday, arresting 22 citizens, including liberated hamas leaders.
According to local sources, the Israeli army stormed the Jalazone camp north of Ramallah at dawn, arrested hamas leaders Bages Nakhla and Ahmed Zeid, both liberated from the occupation prisons, and arrested the forces and Shadi Hajir from the same camp.
The forces also stormed Ramallah and arrested the editor Fadi Abdel Dayem, from the town of Bitunia, west of Ramallah, and arrested the forces, hamas editor Sayyed Abu al-Baha, and Ziad Faraj from the village of Ain Sinia, north of the city.
In Nablus, the forces arrested Ahmed Bassam Nassar, from the village of Madma, south of the city, the editor Hazaa Amouri from the village of Orta, south of Nablus, and Salah Doikat from Balata refugee camp east of Nablus.
From Tulkarem, editor Jihad Khreyoush and Ibrahim al-Sudani were arrested.
From Dura, south of Hebron, the occupying forces arrested Ahmed Salameh.
Al-Assir Club said that 10 citizens were arrested from Jerusalem, most of them from the town of Al-Issawiya, namely: Mohammed Amer Mahmoud, Adam Kaid Mahmoud, Sa´id Yusuf Obeid, Mahmoud Aouni Mahmoud, Mansour Mohammed Mahmoud, Mansour Ali Nasser, Saleh Dari, Majd Bashir and Mohammed Sada from the Old City. The town of Issawiya has the highest number of arrests in Jerusalem since June last year, which has reached its end (775) arrests.
It is worth mentioning that the occupying forces raided the house of prisoner Banan Zelmot in Beit Furik east of Nablus and confiscated a sum of money belonging to the young Ahmed Musleh from Nablus, knowing that these money is allocated to his wedding ceremony during the next ten days, as well as storming the houses of editors in the village of Zawiya west of Salfit and confiscating money and they are Raafat Rashid Badallah Mohadi, Alian Rashid Abdullah Mohadi and Ahmed Ali Musleh.
