New infections discovered by the Brazilian and Indian booms in Israel

The Israeli Ministry of Health announced, this evening, Monday, the discovery of two cases of the Brazilian mutation of the Corona virus, for the first time.

The ministry stated, in a statement, that the injured were returning from abroad, and they are an infant and an adult who received an anti-Coronavirus vaccine, in addition to a third infection for a new mutation for an Israeli who recently returned from abroad.

She indicated that 19 new cases of the Indian mutation were discovered, bringing the number to 60.

She stated that there is no clear information so far about these mutations and their effects on vaccinated patients and who have recovered, noting that it will issue data on additional results as soon as they appear.

The Ministry called on the displaced and recovered Israelis to avoid unnecessary travel abroad, calling on those who return who had not been vaccinated or recovered to go into health isolation.
