Factions agree to organize an event next Wednesday at the southern Gaza Strip border

The national and Islamic action factions in the southern region of the Gaza Strip agreed today, Monday, to organize a new event at the eastern borders of the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah.

This came in the wake of a meeting held by the factions to draw up an integrated plan for a comprehensive program of popular activities with the aim of putting pressure on the occupation to break the siege on the Gaza Strip.

It was decided that the new event will be organized next Wednesday afternoon at the eastern border, similar to the event that took place east of Gaza City last Saturday.

The leadership of the factions in the Gaza Strip announced in a press conference yesterday, a series of popular events that will be organized in order to convey a single message rejecting the delay in reconstruction, stressing the need to break the siege on the Gaza Strip and open the crossings completely.
