The President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, on Thursday, imitated the Ambassador of The Palestinian Affairs, Japan's representative to Palestine Takeshi Okubo, "Star of Friendship", from the Medal of President Mahmoud Abbas.
This came during the reception of His Excellency, ambassador Okubo, who came to the occasion of the end of his duties in the Palestinian territories.
His Excellency, japan's representative to Palestine, was awarded the Star of Friendship in recognition of his outstanding role in strengthening relations between Palestine and Japan, and for his efforts in supporting the Palestinian people and for their just cause for freedom and independence.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister, Information Minister Nabil Abu Rudeineh, Advisor to diplomatic President Magdi Al-Khalidi, and General Supervisor of Official Media Minister Ahmed Assaf.
