Dozens of settlers storm Al-Aqsa courtyards

Dozens of extremist settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday morning, under the guard of the Israeli occupation police.

The Islamic Waqf Department in occupied Jerusalem, in a statement, that 62 settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning, and organized provocative tours in the courtyards of high security protection, and received explanations about the alleged "Temple".

She explained that the settlers performed during the ritual Talmudic rituals inside the mosque, specifically in the east of it.

The Israeli police imposed severe restrictions on the entry of Palestinians from Jerusalem and inside the occupied Palestinian Al-Aqsa Mosque, and checked the identities of young men and women, and detained some at the gates.

Al-Aqsa Mosque has witnessed recently, especially during the Jewish holidays, a marked escalation in the frequency of Israeli incursions and extremist calls to storm it, amid increasing attacks and the pursuit of the mosque's goers and guards and employees of the waqf, and the removal of dozens of them for varying periods.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed daily (except Friday and Saturday), a series of intrusions and violations by the settlers and the various arms of the occupation, in an attempt to divide it temporally and spatially.
