West Bank: Occupation arrests 11 civilians

The occupation forces arrested at least 11 citizens of the West Bank at dawn today, Thursday.

The official agency reported the arrest of a young man, whose identity has not yet been known, from the village of Umm al-Rihan, southwest of Jenin, and confiscated his vehicle.

The occupation soldiers also arrested two brothers, Muayad Mowaffaq Bahjat (21 years), and his brother Musab (19 years), from Tubas in the northern West Bank.

Local sources said that the occupation arrested two young men from the town of Beita, south of Nablus, after storming it at dawn. They are Muhammad Fathi Hamayel and Muhammad Awad Daoud. The arrests also affected the former prisoner, Salloum Joudeh, from the new Askar camp in Nablus.

In Bethlehem, the occupation forces arrested the young man, Adham Nasser Awad (28 years), from Jabal Al-Mawaleh, in the center of Bethlehem, after raiding and searching his father´s house.

The occupation forces also re-arrested the prisoner Hamza Abed Rabbo Al-Mashni Halayqa after they raided his house in the town of Al-Shuyoukh, north of Hebron, hours after his release after he spent 16 years in the occupation prisons.

According to local sources, the occupation soldiers arrested Imad Yaqoub Abu Turki and his son Yaqoub, from the village of Hadab Al-Fawwar, and Abdullah Yousef Shraitah from the town of Yatta.
