Head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Walid Assaf, revealed attempts to establish a very large settlement project in the Al Ras area, west of Salfit.
In an interview with the official radio, on Sunday, Assaf warned of an increase in settler attacks, with the support and protection of the occupation government, in the coming days, on several towns and villages in the West Bank governorates, prior to the Israeli elections.
Assaf stressed the need to activate guard committees in all villages that are constantly exposed to settler gang attacks, calling on all village councils and citizens to be vigilant and alert to counter attacks by settlers through an organized scheme to enhance the resilience of citizens.
The head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Walid Assaf, confirmed that the settlement plans proposed in the vicinity of Jerusalem come to complete the closure of the city and its judaization and impose facts on the ground to separate it from the West Bank.
