President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicholas Maduro, stressed that Venezuela will continue its pledge of unlimited support for Palestine as a people and a leadership.
This came when President Maduro received Ambassador Fadi Al-Zabin, who presented his credentials from President Mahmoud Abbas, as ambassador of the State of Palestine to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Maduro stressed the depth of the bonds of relations between the two peoples and the two countries, as he considered them two brother countries, and the strengthening and expansion of coordination in the field of cooperation between the two countries.
He pointed out the importance of continuing bilateral cooperation projects between the two countries in various fields, including a common interest for Palestine and Venezuela.
In turn, Al-Zein valued the Venezuelan position, which strongly rejects the "deal of the century" and the public theft it entails for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, considering that it is an additional form of Venezuelan solidarity with the Palestinian people and its just cause.
It should be noted that Ambassador Al-Zabin met earlier with the Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Jorge Arias, to present a copy of his credentials.
