Just before midnight, Israeli warplanes launched several raids on Palestinian resistance sites in the Gaza Strip, hours after it was announced that an Israeli soldier was critically wounded by an armed young man during clashes on the eastern border of Gaza City.
According to our correspondent in Gaza, reconnaissance drones and warplanes attacked a resistance position in the vicinity of the electricity company north of nusseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Our correspondent pointed out that a fire broke out at the targeted site, noting that large explosions were heard in the central governorate due to the Israeli bombing.
Other planes also attacked a site in the vicinity of the Netzarim liberation area, south of Gaza City.
Resistance fighters fired from ground-based anti-aircraft guns at Israeli planes flying over the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.
