Israel begins a second easing of the closure restrictions

Today, Sunday, in Israel, the second phase of easing the health closure restrictions that was imposed about a month and three weeks ago will begin.

About one million and 200 thousand students will return to school with the return of more classrooms to schools in some population centers.

Covered and open malls, markets and museums also open their doors to everyone, while only those who received the two doses of the vaccine and those recovering from their infection with the Coronavirus are allowed to enter fitness rooms, swimming pools, sports halls, theaters, and hotels.

The Israel Broadcasting Corporation stated that starting today, those who received the vaccination will be allowed to issue a green card.

Health Minister Yuli Edelstein expected that the entire education system would reopen on the seventh of next month.
