Thousands of citizens were killed on Monday by the bodies of two martyrs martyred today, who were injured in their wounds during their participation in the major return marches on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip.
The funeral procession of young Anwar Mohammed al-Kodeih, 33, and the child Abdulraouf Ismail Saleh, 14, were launched from Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza Strip, Al-Shifa medical complex in Gaza to the two martyrs ´ houses in the town of Khuza´a, east of Khan Yunis, and the Jabaliya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
Mourners gave the funeral prayers to the body of the martyr Kodeih in the village mosque in Khuza´a, and to the body of martyr Saleh at the Martyrs ´ Mosque in the Jabalia refugee camp before the wealthy buried in the martyrs ´ graves in Khuza´a and Jabalia.
Kodeih was martyred by wounds sustained several weeks ago during his participation in the return marches east of Khan Yunis (southern Gaza Strip), while the child was martyred by his wounds on last Friday during his participation in the return marches in the northern part of the strip.
Since the 30th of March March, citizens have been taking part in peaceful marches, near the fence between the Gaza Strip and the occupied territories in 1948, demanding the return of the refugees to their towns and villages where they were abandoned in 1948 and breaking the siege of Gaza.
These peaceful marches are violently repressed by the occupying army, where heavy fire and poisonous gas bombs are fired at the demonstrators. The deaths of 259 citizens, including 11 martyrs whose bodies were detained, were not recorded in the statements of the Palestinian Ministry of Health, while another 25,000 were injured, including 500 in high-risk situations.
