Thousands of citizens mourned today, Monday, the bodies of the two martyrs, Raed Ziyad Abdul Latif Abu Seif and Saleh Ahmed Muhammad Ammar, who rose at dawn during an occupation operation at the gates of Jenin camp.
After the families of the two martyrs paid the last farewell, the funeral procession started from the Martyr Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital, led by dozens of gunmen, who fired in the air in salute to the martyrs.
Then the march headed to Jenin camp, who went out for the funeral of the martyr Saleh Ammar, and after harboring his immaculate body in the cemetery of the martyrs of the battle of Nissan in Jenin camp, a memorial festival was held, during which many words were given that glorified the martyrs and praised their heroism in confronting and resisting the occupation and repelling its aggression.
The speakers stressed the importance of following the path of the martyrs, who painted with their blood today, a painting of unity and cohesion, which sends a message to the occupation that the people are stronger than their crimes and oppression.
The speakers also stressed that Jenin and its camp will remain a thorn in the throat of the occupation, pledging the martyrs to continue the path of resistance.
The speakers called on international institutions to pressure the occupation to hand over the bodies of the two martyrs, Nur al-Din Abd al-Ilah Jarrar and Amjad Iyad Husayniyeh, who were kidnapped during its operation in Jenin camp.
And the Ministry of Health announced earlier, that four citizens were killed by Israeli bullets in Jenin, at dawn today, and they are: Saleh Ahmed Muhammad Ammar (19 years), Raed Ziyad Abdul Latif Abu Seif (21 years old), Noureddin Abdul-Ilah Jarrar and Amjad Iyad Husseiniah, who are detained by the occupation. .
The Governor of Jenin Governorate, Akram Rajoub, announced the general and comprehensive strike, with the exception of government institutions, but it was later modified that government institutions will work until ten in the morning, and then close and participate in the funerals of the two martyrs.
Our correspondent in Jenin stated that special units stormed Jenin in civilian cars, then joined them by the occupation patrols that stormed the entrance to the camp, and fighters confronted them in violent armed clashes, during which explosive devices were thrown at the army.
And the martyrs, Saleh Ammar and Raed Abu Seif, arrived at the Martyr Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital, after they were shot directly in the head by the occupation.
Three wounded people also arrived at the hospital: Ahmed Taysir Al-Qatna, Youssef Samir Jalamneh and Qassam Muhammad Jabareen.
