Head of the Defense Committee for the People of Al-Issawiya, Muhammad Abu Al-Hummus, said that the occupation forces had turned the town of Issawiya into a training ground for their soldiers, using sound and gas bombs, as part of an attack and continuous targeting of the town for more than two years.
Abu Al-Hummus stated in an interview with Voice of Palestine radio, this morning, Tuesday, that the occupation forces had arrested about 1,300 citizens from Al-Issawiya since mid-2019 and until the moment, and wounded more than 15 children and boys, the last of whom was Omar Ahmed Mahmoud (17 years old), who was wounded by a metal bullet. Wrapped with rubber an eye, on the sixth of this month, during clashes that broke out with the occupation in the town.
