The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced today, Wednesday, that it had recorded 3 deaths, and 285 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The ministry indicated in its daily report that 603 new recoveries from the virus were recorded.
It stated that the central laboratory examined 2,074 new samples during the same period.
Thus, the total number of people infected with the virus in the Gaza Strip since last March reached 48,626 cases, of whom 5,849 are active cases, 42,281 recoveries and 496 deaths.
The ministry indicated that the total number of cases that need medical care inside the hospital is 138, of which 74 are in severe and critical cases.
