Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 9 deaths, 513 new cases of coronavirus, and 502 recoveries have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
In the epidemiological report on the Coronavirus in Palestine, Al-Kailah said that 8 deaths were recorded in the West Bank, distributed as follows: “Jericho and Al Aghwar 1, Hebron 2, Bethlehem 1, Jenin 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, the suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Nablus 1 ", and in the Gaza Strip, one death was recorded.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “The suburbs of Jerusalem (31), Tulkarm (26), Bethlehem (48), Salfit (22), Jericho and Al Aghwar (10), Nablus (57), Hebron (29), Ram Allah and Al-Bireh (110), Tubas (13), Qalqilya (5), Jenin (19), “Gaza Strip (143).
She added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: “The suburbs of Jerusalem (0), Tulkarm (20), Bethlehem (17), Salfit (4), Jericho and Al Aghwar (5), Nablus (41), Hebron (35), Ramallah. And Al-Bireh (68), Tubas (11), Qalqilya (6), Jenin (15), Gaza Strip (280).
She explained that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 94.0%, while the rate of active infections reached 4.9%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
Al-Kailah pointed out that there are 54 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 16 patients on artificial respirators
