The union denounces the continued targeting of journalists by the occupation

 The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate condemned, on Friday evening, the continued targeting of Jerusalem journalists by the Israeli occupation forces, and all Palestinian journalists in the country. 

And it considered, in a statement, that the deliberate targeting of journalists is committed daily by a decision of the leadership of the occupying country and its extreme right-wing government, which wants to silence mouths and prevent the transfer of its crimes against our people and its sanctities to the world.

Journalists Ahmed Gharabla, Rami Al-Khatib, Ali Yassin, Ahmed Al-Sharif, Muhammad Asho and Sinan Abu Mazar were injured during the attacks by the occupation forces on worshipers in Al-Aqsa.

The Syndicate of Journalists confirmed that it is proceeding with its procedures to prosecute and hold accountable the perpetrators of crimes against Palestinian journalists, and that it will spare no effort in defending journalists.
