Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Health announced an unprecedented increase in the number of cases of Coronavirus in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza, with 2,333 cases and 17 deaths.
Health said that it had conducted 6,051 examinations, that the number of patients in intensive care was 69, and patients on artificial respirators 18.
She indicated that the rate of recovery from Corona virus in Palestine reached 76.4%, while the rate of active infections reached 22.8%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all injuries.
It added that 11 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (Hebron 1, Jenin 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 3, Tubas 1, Tulkarm 1, Bethlehem 2, Nablus 1), the Gaza Strip 5 deaths, and Jerusalem, one death.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Hebron (247), Jenin (149), Nablus (246), Tulkarm (102), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (179), Salfit (37), Qalqilya (24), Tubas (51) Bethlehem (138), the suburbs of Jerusalem (34), Jericho and Al Aghwar (7), the Gaza Strip (726), and the city of Jerusalem (393 during the past three days).
And that the new cases of recovery were divided according to the following: Hebron (125), Jenin (119), Nablus (166), Tulkarm (39), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (70), Salfit (47), Tubas (58), Bethlehem (180) Qalqilya (91), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (19), the Gaza Strip (623), and the city of Jerusalem (221).
