Dozens of settlers storm the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque

Today, Thursday, dozens of Jewish settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque with reinforced military protection by the Israeli occupation forces.

The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem said, in a brief statement, that "108 extremists stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque today, guarding the Israeli police."

Among the intruders, she added, are "female soldiers in uniform, intelligence agents, mentors and institute students."

Since 2003, the Israeli police have allowed settlers to storm the mosque through the Mugrabi Gate, all days of the week except Friday and Saturday.

The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem, affiliated with the Islamic Endowments Department in Jordan, which is responsible for managing the affairs of the mosque, is demanding an end to the incursions, but the Israeli police have not responded to this request.
