5 workers were wounded by the Israeli occupation forces, near Tulkarm and Jenin

The Red Crescent said that its crews dealt with five live bullets injuries this morning, Tuesday, near the separation barrier between Qaffin village and Baqet al-Gharbiya in Tulkarm, and at the Barta´a checkpoint northwest of Jenin.

According to the Red Crescent, strong confrontations between workers and occupation soldiers erupted near openings in the separation barrier between the village of Qaffin and the Baqa al-Gharbiya, used by workers to reach their work, which resulted in four injuries, which were provided first aid and transferred to the hospital.

According to local sources, the occupation soldiers stormed the area at night and closed the wall´s openings, and when workers arrived at dawn, confrontations broke out.

A fifth youth was wounded by a live bullet at the Barta´a checkpoint, northwest of Jenin. The Red Crescent said that he was taken to hospital.
