A settler ran over a university student near Al-Arroub refugee camp in northern Hebron on Thursday.
According to local sources, a settler ran over a university student near al-Aroub refugee camp on the road to Jerusalem-Hebron, and was transported by special vehicle to a hospital in Hebron for treatment.
