The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced, on Saturday, one death in Nablus, and 451 new infections with the Corona virus, after examining 3,161 samples.
In its epidemiological report, the ministry said that 107 injuries were recorded in the West Bank “Tubas 6, Tulkarm 19, Salfit 5, Nablus 36, Jerusalem suburbs 4, Qalqilya 7, Bethlehem 10, Jenin 7, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 11, Hebron 2” and 63 in Jerusalem, And in the Gaza Strip 281.
Also, 37 cases of recovery were recorded in the West Bank, 95 in Gaza, and 34 in Jerusalem, which makes the recovery rate from the Corona virus 97.9%, while the percentage of active infections is 1% and the death rate is 1.1%.
According to the ministry, 37 people are being treated in hospitals and Corona centers in the West Bank, 14 of them are in intensive care, and 2 are on respirators.
The total number of vaccinated citizens reached 635,207, including 427,979 who received the two doses of the vaccine, distributed over 519,624 in the West Bank and 115,583 in the Gaza Strip.
